In both 2004 and 2011, Dr B responded actively to the tsunami disaster in Asia. In the latter, Dr B started the 1-Blankets-4-Japan, and engaged various organizations and people across the nation. Through support of many organizations in Malaysia and Japan, they were able to airlift more than a tonne of blankets to families and children in Japan that had lost everything. What drives Dr B is his belief that everyone matters. Each of us – as individuals, and as a community matter.
