I'm Dr Brendan Gomez (Dr B). Thank you for visiting my page.
My efforts address urgencies in building wellness, engagement, positive development, and resilience towards addressing pains and risk-factors across the human lifespan i.e. in workplaces, communities, universities, and schools.
My passion is in bringing out the best in people - with a focus on social-emotional-behavioral intelligence - using evidence-based interventions based on psychology that incorporate prevention science and positive psychology.
I have 25-years of global experience working with leaders & learners - in Oil & Gas, Airlines, Universities, Communities, Government ministries, and in my private practice.
I enjoy working on efforts that bring learning, positive change, hope, happiness, and mobilization; and much of my work is done thru intervention design, training/teaching, coaching/counseling, data analysis/research, assessments, and consultancy.
I believe each one of us matters, and each are called to be change agents in the world – creating growth and success for all....irrespective of color, creed, age, status, wealth, or other differences.
I am blessed to journey with people and organizations that want to flourish.
We can move mountains when we do it TOGETHER.
